The only ongoing third-party costs
- Domain — your web address renewal, passed on at cost (~£5–15/year)
- Hosting — your website itself is hosted free; no cost to pass on here
- Business email — a real mailbox at your own domain (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.com), passed on at cost
- SSL & any other technical services your site needs, at cost — usually £0
What you'll never see on an invoice

The care plan — explained clearly
After launch, you choose how your site is looked after. If you'd like us to manage it, we charge one fixed monthly care plan fee, quoted in writing at your consultation. It covers updates, maintenance, security and hosting support.
On Launch, the care plan is completely optional — prefer to manage the site yourself? No problem, you'll only ever pay for your domain and business email; hosting stays free. On Signature, the care plan is included: we handle updates and look after your site as part of your package.
Send us a client. Keep their whole first month.
If you refer a client and they take our optional monthly care plan, you receive 100% of their first month's care plan fee — every penny of it. It costs you nothing to join, and there's no catch.
The referral is paid by us, from our own revenue. Your client never pays a penny more for being referred.
We only pay out of revenue a referral created. Our build margin is never touched — so the reward can stay generous.
From month two, the care plan fee is ours — but you've built a relationship worth referring to again.

In your own name, at a registrar we point you to. It's yours — we never hold the login.
You send us two DNS records (or brief access) to point your domain at your new site. We build, you're in control.

Privacy Policy
This website does not store any personal data. It's a static site with no database and no server-side processing.
The consultation form on this site sends your enquiry directly by email — it is not saved to any database, by us or anyone else. We only use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry.
We don't use analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party advertising on this site.
If you become a client, any project details you share with us (for the build itself) are handled separately and only for the purpose of delivering your website — never sold or shared.
Cookies Policy
This website does not use cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies — nothing is stored in your browser by us.
Terms of Service
Quotes. All build costs are quoted in writing after your free consultation and mock-up, before any work begins. Prices are agreed and fixed at that point.
Ownership. You buy and own your domain in your own name — we never hold your domain login. Your website's repository is set up with you as an owner from day one, not handed over afterwards.
The care plan. Where included or added, the monthly care plan fee is billed in advance, can be cancelled at any time with no penalty, and covers what's described in the Costs section above.
Referral rewards. Any referral reward is paid by us out of our own revenue — it is never added to a client's bill.
Liability. We build to the specification agreed in writing. We're not liable for third-party outages (hosting, domain registry, DNS) outside our control.
